Tried and tested
I've stuck to my usual makeup brands for a while now, so I decided to try out the Topshop makeup, They celebrated their 1st year anniversary a few days ago and I cant believe its been a year and I still havn't tried any of their products.
For ages i've used Maxfactor Lasting Performance foundation, which has great coverage, but it can be quick thick and heavy
for the summer. I've always wanted to try a tinted moisteriser, especially in the summer so I tried the Topshop skin glow in medium. Its not great coverage, however it applies really evenly and is light and easy to apply for in the day. I think the packagings really cute aswell.
I've also always used powdered blusher so I made a change and decided to try the creme blush in flush. Im not very keen on applying blusher with my fingers so I brought a hard brush blusher brush and its great for applying the creme blush. It also comes in a compact with a mirror, so its handy to take out with you in the day.
In the day I always wear nude lipsticks and usually reds and dark purples at night. Fortunately Topshop do all these colours! I brought the nude lipstick in desert and its perfect. Its got a orangey/coral tint which is a nice change.
